My Self
The "I" is no longer simply there—it must first realize itself. It must experiment, optimize, reflect, and analyze. And it does so primarily through what it does. A few decades ago, the desire to find meaning and fulfillment in work seemed exotic—today, those who see a job merely as a means of earning a living are met with skepticism. I am not only allowed to do what makes me happy—I must do it! A new freedom that is also a compulsion to shape one's life.
In MY SELF, three actors explore the role of the self in a time that encourages individuals to adapt, shape, and design their identities—as if they were collections from H&M.
